Phoenix Capital seeks accredited investors who can make an annual commitment and are looking for a long term way to invest in real estate. Phoenix Capital's investment strategy takes the real estate allocation for each investor and diversifies it into multiple projects (approximately 10-15 projects annually) in several U.S. markets with a variety of capable operating partners specializing in different product types. The following summarizes our investment platform:
- • One year commitment period
- • We strive to invest capital into approximately 10-15 projects annually
- • We allocate a significant portion of the capital into cash flowing assets, which should generate significant annual cash flow to the investor
- • Diversification across multiple markets and operating sponsors
- • Option to increase investment commitment (on a project-by-project basis) if space is available
